Here’s one of my all time favorite vegan friendly protein packed, and energy filled smoothie recipes that’ll get your morning started, and your day going without a doubt! They say that food is fuel for our body, and I don’t know about you but I’ve never been a fan of driving my car on E, so why should you and I drive our bodies on E!! We all hate to feel sluggish, and skipping a meal can definitely create that feeling.
If you know you have a hectic morning ahead of you you can premix this the night before, and have it as a grab and go meal. I often do it this way, and find that it really helps to reduce my stress over starting my day on a healthy track. I’ve heard that the start of the day can determine your entire day, and I found this to be true, so make sure to get off on a healthy start!
1 whole small banana
1 cup nutritious pea milk (I use the ripple brand)
1 scoop french vanilla plant based shake mix <<Get Yours HERE>>
4 ice cubes
Slice mango, bananas, strawberries into chunks. Place into blender.
Add in 1 cup nutritious pea milk, 1 scoop french vanilla, 4 ice cubes. Mix for 3 to four minutes. Tip to lips, sip, and enjoy 😊!
